Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your booking or payment, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or service exchange.

Refunds are applicable only for products or services that have not yet been utilized, initiated, or customized. For physical items (such as décor props or packaged goods), returns are accepted only if the items are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Customized décor setups or personalized services already executed or in progress
  • Event bookings made within 10 days of the scheduled date
  • Digital files such as e-invites, event concepts, or mood boards once shared
  • Perishable items including flowers, food arrangements, or cake orders
  • Gift cards, downloadable items, or any third-party vendor bookings made on your behalf
  • Intimate or sanitary goods used during private events

📄 Proof of Purchase

All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or invoice.

🔁 Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)

  • Any item or service canceled with partial execution or non-refundable vendor commitments.

🎁 Gifts

If a booking or item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon eligible return. Otherwise, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

🚚 Shipping Returns

Return items must be shipped to the address above. Shipping costs are borne by the client and are non-refundable. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
